Overview

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to join the Group Talent & Learning team, part of the People & Organization function, specifically supporting the Group Talent Key Accounts.

Details

During this internship, you will assist the Talent Key Account with daily Talent Management activities. This experience will give you a solid understanding of how Talent and Learning processes are designed and managed at Group level, as well as insight into key projects and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your interest in learning and supporting HR processes, you will assist with Talent Management activities by compiling data for analytics and dashboards, preparing reports and presentations, and performing ad hoc analyses. You will also help improve existing talent tools and participate in User Acceptance Testing when required.

Moreover, your role will be to coordinate the Talent & Learning newsletter, organizing meetings with regional teams, and keeping documents and content updated in dedicated folders and channels. You will support Talent and Learning initiatives for the Africa Levante Region, including coordinating local training offers, assisting with trainer onboarding, and helping with the operational organization of regional projects.

Finally, you will collaborate with other teams within Group Talent & Learning (such as Ferrero University and Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding) and work closely with Group HRIS, Group People & Experience, and regional Talent & Learning teams.

About You:

  • To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of September 2026.
  • You will bring your educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or other related fields. 
  • Additionally, you will bring strong analytical skills combined with excellent organizational and time management abilities, as well as solid interpersonal skills. You are curious and eager to learn, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Last but not least, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office with your fluency in English.
