Working with your marketing colleagues, you will support the company in the development and implementation of the digital marketing plan. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of specific tasks and contribute to projects, collaborating with different teams to help ensure their successful execution while gaining hands-on experience.
Your responsibilities:
- In collaboration with your team, you support the design, creation, and maintenance of the company’s online presence (social, search, videos, display, email) for its products and sales activities
- You participate in identifying target audiences and help implement digital campaigns that aim to engage, inform, and increase awareness of Flen Health products, while having the chance to develop your creativity
- You contribute to preparing monthly reports on the online marketing performance of our brands, learning how to analyze and interpret data
- You bring support in executing all digital marketing, advertising, promotion plans, and communications activities in line with the global product strategy
- You assist in updating and maintaining marketing content across websites, CRM databases, and email platforms, with guidance from the team
- You liaise with other team members to promote the business goal of the organization
- You collaborate with team members across departments to help promote the business goals of the organization and learn how cross-functional teamwork operates in a professional environment
- You are involved in the day-to-day management of the company’s social media accounts (community management), learning how to engage with audiences and support brand communication

Your qualifications & experience:
- You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Digital Marketing, or you have some initial experience or interest in this area
- You can provide a valid internship agreement with a school or university, which is required for this position
- You hold knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console would be a plus
- You have experience in website management or the eagerness to learn more about this and grow your skills
- You are familiar with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), which is considered as an advantage
- You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and contributing to brand development
- You are eager to learn, proactive, and open to new challenges
- You have strong oral and written communication skills
- You are fluent in English. Any additional languages, such as Dutch, German, French are a plus
