Which teams will you be supporting? You will be working within the Training, Process & Analytics (TP&A) team, part of the Global Talent Acquisition department. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Executive Recruitment team and support them with data quality.
As a Data Analytics & Reporting Intern, you will:
- Build & improve data systems: Shape new solutions and improve existing tools (Excel trackers, Power BI dashboards, Power Apps) to support data-driven Executive Recruitment.
- Ensure data quality & enable reporting: Review and structure key data points (e.g. company names, segmentation), conduct weekly checks on our recruiting system, follow up on inconsistencies, and support accurate reporting and key-performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
- Support strategic hiring decisions: Support Executive Recruiters and leaders as they make data-driven decisions by providing access to reliable, well-structured data and insights.

Your profile combines curiosity, analytical thinking, and a detail-oriented mindset. You enjoy turning complex data into clear actionable recommendations and recognise the value of maintaining reliable, well-structured data in facilitating these outcomes!
- Background: Experience in data analysis, reporting, database tools, or improving data quality is a strong asset.
- Education: Master’s degree in data science, business, engineering, or a related field.
- Languages: English proficiency is a must as it will be your main language of communication.
- Technical knowledge (IT): You have solid Excel skills. Knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint Lists and Power BI or any other MS solution will be highly valued. Structured query language (SQL) and Python will be seen as a plus.
