We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intern to join our Customer Lifecycle Management & Analytics team.
This role sits at the intersection of technology and marketing. You’ll be directly involved in managing and improving our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystem to activate and retain customers through personalized and automated communication journeys.
It’s a technical marketing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems with data, optimizing CRM tools, and making systems work smarter.
This is not a data analyst position. While analytical skills are essential, your focus will be on feature deployment, automation, and CRM system enhancement and not dashboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain audience segments, SQL queries, and data extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build, configure, and optimize customer journeys, automations, and triggered campaigns
- Support API integrations, technical setups, and cross-platform data flows
- Contribute to the development of our CRM data architecture and segmentation logic
- Assist in generating reports on campaign performance and CLM KPIs

Education & Background
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing Automation, Data/Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Solid academic knowledge of SQL, data processing, and CRM systems
- Previous internship or academic project experience in marketing tech, CRM, or data environments is a plus.
Hard Skills
- Proficiency or strong interest in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Good understanding of CRM workflows, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Knowledge of SQL is essential; familiarity with AMPscript, Python, or similar languages is a plus
- Exposure to API integrations, technical tools, or marketing tech environmen
