You will play a key role in establishing our EMEA wide processes, tools and KPIs in order to monitor and influence the organizations performance. Roles and Responsibilities
Help define, build, track and control KPIs to measure and improve service and operational performance.
Implement or enhance processes, tools, and reports to support the Service organization in analyzing data re customer service activity, productivity, operational and financial performance.
Champion the use of process, tools, and reports within the teams.
Identify weaknesses, failures or gaps based on external feedbacks and own experience and help to define and lead cross functional remediation plans.
Identify repetitive tasks as subject to RPA
Contract management: ensure partner contracts are available, key stakeholders are aware and services are provided and controlled based on them.
