Your responsibilities as a Global HR Trainee:
- You will work directly with the CHRO on strategic HR projects, delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations that support decision‑making.
- You will participate in HR projects across all HR functions (HRBP, Rewards, Talent & Learning, HR Analytics).
- You will participate in projects across other company functions and markets, gaining close exposure to senior leadership through cross‑functional and cross‑country rotations.
- You will prepare presentations, reports, and insights for senior leadership meetings.
- You will actively contribute ideas to improve processes, drive innovation, and challenge the status quo.

Your profile:
- Education: You are a recent master’s graduate in Business or HR, with strong academic performance.
- Practical Experiences: You already gained some practical experience through internships or working student positions in the HR department (1-2 years), ideally within multinational environments.
- Skills: You can apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, communicate effectively, and organize tasks efficiently. You can manage negotiations, resolve conflicts, and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with Copilot.
- Language Proficiency: You speak English fluently; German is a plus.
- Mindset: You are curious, proactive, and energized by solving complex challenges.
- Motivation: You thrive in international, cross-functional environments and are motivated to grow into a future leadership role. You also have a strong interest in future-oriented HR solutions (e.g., AI in HR) and the TowerCo industry.
