Details

Team:

You will join the HERE Tracking team, a diverse and international group of engineers, product managers, and domain experts working at the intersection of logistics, IoT, and location intelligence. Our mission is to bring transparency, predictability, and sustainability to global supply chains.

The team builds and operates a scalable tracking platform that provides real-time insights into shipments worldwide. We work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to continuously improve our product and turn complex data into meaningful, actionable solutions.

At HERE, collaboration, ownership, and learning are at the core of how we work. Role:

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Intern to support our team with project coordination and day-to-day team operations. In this role, you will help organize meetings, maintain structure in our backlog and documentation, track progress, and support effective collaboration within the team.

This role combines organizational responsibility with active facilitation. You will work closely with engineers, researchers, and product experts, helping create an environment where meetings are productive, communication is open, and teamwork stays efficient and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, schedule, and host team meetings (planning, refinement, retrospectives, syncs).

  • Prepare meeting agendas, facilitate discussions, and ensure clear outcomes.

  • Take structured meeting notes and track action items and follow-ups.

  • Maintain and structure backlogs in JIRA (ticket status, priorities, hygiene).

  • Organize and update documentation in Confluence.

  • Track progress across initiatives and prepare clear status updates and reports.

  • Support agile ways of working (Scrum / Kanban) and team ceremonies.

  • Act as a coordination point for team needs and operational topics.

  • Help create an open, engaging meeting atmosphere where people feel comfortable contributing.

  • Bring positive energy into team interactions, keeping meetings structured, but also relaxed and enjoyable.
