We are looking for interns in our European Investment Team, based in Bad Homburg, joining as of Q4/2026. The minimum internship period is 3 months. Candidates must be in their final year of their Master's study or have already completed a Master's program.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (Co-investments, Secondaries and Primaries)
Monitoring Existing Private Equity Investments
- Primary fund investments
- Secondary fund investments (pricing and execution)
- Direct co-investments
- Portfolio management and allocation
Supporting the Investment Process
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Preparation of investment models and memorandums
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transactions
- Market and financial research
Assisting in the Preparation of Marketing Materials
- Fundraising and Secondary pitch materials
- Market research
- Investor reporting materials

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Top academic performance from leading universities
- Currently enrolled in or already completed a Master’s program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Preferably with previous work experience through internships in Private Equity, M&A or Consulting
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Fluent in German and English
