Key responsibilities
The candidate will have the opportunity to operate in an international business context, within the Supply Chain Department.
The candidate will also have the chance to collaborate, supported by Customer Service and Supply & Demand Team, mainly in the following activities:
- Managing and monitoring customer orders through management systems (SAP, EDI, CRM) in order to ensure perfect business execution;
- Support new projects related to CSC's digitalization;
- Support process innovation;
- Extract the necessary reports from SAP and CRM for analysis to support the business;
- Manage the orders prioritization according to requirements (insufficient stock situation, urgencies, etc.), providing proactive feedback to internal stakeholders;
- Manage customer complaints, returns and credit notes;
- Manage order-related activities according to the cut-off schedule;
- Follow up logistics partners and customers for punctuality and complete delivery of orders (OTIF)
- Support Supply QSC Area to transition current Medicinals packaging Traceability system from analogic (bollino) to digital (EU FMD). Candidate will familiarize with some specific pharmaceutical technical solutions and the support transition project.
- Purchasing process of promotional and repacking components.
- Familiarize with custom clearance operations for our finished goods.
- Support master data process specifically for local repacked products.

Requirements
- Degree in Management Engineering or economic disciplines (Economics, Management, Statistics)
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in the specific in Excel and PPT, and possibly of other software or data analysis techniques
- Good knowledge of English
