Human Resources Intern 

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our multinational HR team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum (360° exposure), with a particular focus on employee and labor relations, day-to-day employee support, and participation in key HR projects. You will work closely with HR professionals and business leaders, contributing to the employee experience and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Human resources’ function, including assistance with reports and internal procedures.

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees, responding to inquiries about HR policies, benefits, internal processes, and workplace issues.

  • Assist in planning and executing HR projects in areas such as employee engagement, development, and labor relations.

  • Help maintain HR data systems and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Daily engage with our internal Human Resources Hub.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law or Business Administration.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • English for a daily basis.

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Full time availability

  • 12 months of internship
