Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the creation of training materials, including presentations, guides, and other resources.
- Materials Preparation: Prepare training materials, organize documents, and assist with logistics for training events.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Assist with maintaining the LMS, uploading materials, and tracking participant progress.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Assist with collecting feedback on training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Reporting and Documentation: Assist with preparing reports on training activities and documenting program implementation.
