RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze corporate governance and financial information to process data and write research reports on publicly traded companies mainly in mainland China and Taiwan;

Issue proxy vote recommendations for shareholder meetings of the companies mainly listed in stock exchanges in mainland China and Taiwan;
-
Develop market expertise in corporate governance, investment, and shareholder issues gathered through research and potential engagement with company executives, institutional investors, and government/regulatory/listing authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Undergraduate or graduate students majored in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or any related fields, or equivalent experience;

Must have strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese (both simplified and traditional) and English;

Able to work independently and in a team environment, as well as under tight deadlines;

Analytical and detail-oriented, have a keen sense of judgment, and be goal-oriented;

Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks;

Proficiency in the use of web-based and Microsoft Office applications;

Passion for corporate governance research;
-
Experience and knowledge of corporate governance and proxy voting issues is preferred;
