You can develop your skills in one of our 6 teams – Registration, Partners, Speakers, Stages, Startups and Media. Each team has its own leader – this year it might be you! Face a real-life challenge. Expand your abilities and get tons of knowledge.
WIN AN INTERNSHIP
Get a chance to work as a member of our core team during a few months prior to the event. Prepare the conference with us and grab exceptional experience. Event management from the inside!
UPGRADE YOUR CV
You will take part in organizing an international event for 6,000+ attendees. Isn’t this a unique position for your CV? After the project you will get a certificate and recommendations.
MEET AMAZING PEOPLE
Become a member of our team and meet attendees, world-class speakers, startuppers, and big names from the world of technology and business. Talk to them, have some fun during the side events, and build your network.
GET INSPIRED
You will work in shifts according to a set schedule. During your breaks you are welcome to visit the expo zone and the stages. Listen to inspiring speeches by world-renowned experts. Learn about newest trends in technology and business.
VOLUNTEERS' TEAMS
- REGISTRATION
You will be first contact point to Infoshare attendees and special guests :) Our system is a piece of cake – you just click, print, put a sticker on the ID and smile! This is the biggest team and a great way to start your adventure with our Volunteer Program! - VENUE
You will take care of our partners and the whole Infoshare exhibition area. In this team you need to work hard but you will also see the event from real organizational perspective. If you are interested in IT companies, it’s a great chance to talk to recruiters and developers from world-class brands - STAGES
Here we need detectives and fast runners ;) You will be assigned to one of our stages to assist the technical crew and bring keynotes to the stage on time. It’s a unique opportunity to have a short chat with world-renowned speakers. - STARTUPS
You will take care of young entrepreneurs in the startups exhibition area and help our Head of Startups coordinate speed dating (meetings between startups and investors). If you are keen on innovative projects, this is the team for you! - SPEAKERS
You will be first contact point to Infoshare speakers :) Be ready to provide them with information and serve with any help they need - calling taxi, finding coffe point or leading to the stage! - MEDIA
You will take care of Infoshare media area, help media representatives to find speakers and conduct interviews. It’s a unique opportunity to assist journalists and PR professionals in action!
