At BMW Motorrad, interns gain hands-on experience from day one and are encouraged to contribute ideas and take initiative. You will support our team as a valued member, developing practical skills and making a real impact. This internship offers broad insights into Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Dealer Development, and Product Management across North and South America.
What awaits you?
- You will support the BMW Motorrad team in the sales coordination office for the Americas region during your internship.
- Furthermore, you help to develop regional sales reporting, consolidate financial and sales data, coordinate market analyses and competitor benchmarks, and prepare presentations for management.
- In addition, you contribute to supporting Sales, After Sales, Marketing and Dealer Development Area Managers in day-to-day business and projects such as market strategies or new business areas.
- Moreover, you will assist in organizing meetings, business trips and company events, and maintain direct contact with process partners in marketing, finance, business development and customer care.

What should you bring along?
- Advanced stage of studies in economics, engineering, business management or a comparable field.
- First practical experience in sales or marketing.
- Knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel (Matrix, Pivot, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Analytical thinking and structured mindset.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Business fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
