We are looking for an arbitration intern to join the ICC International Court of Arbitration and assist our New York-based case management team (SICANA, Inc.,).

The role

During this three-month internship, you will develop your skills by:

  • Reading and drafting documents related to arbitration cases in English;
  • Conducting legal research and reading legal documents in English;
  • Preparing material for conferences;
  • Ad hoc assignments as needed by the team.

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

  • Have studies or experience in international commercial law and arbitration with strong academic credentials. Preference will be given to students in international commercial law arbitration with strong academic credentials and prior work experience.
  • For students (e. J.D. candidates or LL.M. candidates) or those recently admitted to the bar, coursework or prior practice in international commercial arbitration is preferred. 
  • Are fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Are meticulous in carrying out required duties.
  • Are a team player who is interested in working with a dynamic and diverse team while gaining experience in an international environment.
