Job Description
- During your internship you will manage sub-projects from use case and wireframe design all the way through to implementation, testing, and release.
- You will test and document new releases, actively supporting continuous tool optimization.
- Furthermore, you will identify areas for improvement in tools and interfaces and align your solutions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will prepare management presentations and contribute to structured, effective project communication.
- Finally, you will serve as a key point of contact for tool-related inquiries and coordinate with external service providers to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: initial experience working in agile teams and collaborating with colleagues across different regions; familiarity with AI assistants such as Gemini and Microsoft Copilot; experience with Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint is an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at independently driving projects toward their goals by applying a systematic and structured approach, while simultaneously fostering a collaborative team environment through your curiosity and clear communication, all guided by a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup
- Enthusiasm: you enjoy working with international cross-functional teams; you love to design and test ideas and accompany them from start to finish
- Languages: very good in English and German
