Job Description
In this internship, you will enhance your understanding of the role that Supply Chain plays in an international eCommerce environment, and you will develop your communication skills in a complex matrix organisation.
Your key activities will be:

KPI Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using our operational performance dashboards (Reporting, monitoring, analysing & improved suggestions)

Overseeing our order flow from A to Z (Payments, open orders, stock allocation, on-time-dispatch, returns) by being in close contact with the warehouses, IT teams and local supply chain representatives

Day-to-day escalation management of our Consumer care (Close contact with supervisors, identify and report risks when needed)

Qualifications
Here's what we're looking for:
- You must be enrolled in a BSc or MSc program at a Dutch university and live in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship and currently reside in the Netherlands
- Fluent English + solid MS Office skills (bonus points for experience in eCommerce)
- Proactive, curious, structured — but also fun to work with!
- Available 5–6 months, 4 or 5 days/week (4 in-office, 1 remote)
- Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's.
