Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and follow-up of charter flights
- Support customer follow-up and Key Account activities
- Help develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Assist with aircraft scheduling and sourcing
- Prepare itineraries and assist in managing trip details (catering, ground transportation, etc.)
- Answer phones, provide advice, and support solutions under supervision
- Build an understanding of networking within and outside the organization

Profile
- Interest in Sales and Customer Service (previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is an asset
- Strong computer skills and organizational ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- • Interest in aviation and willingness to learn about business jet travel

Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
