Job description
- Participation in the recruitment process.
- Organize, schedule and conduct phone interviews with candidates.
- General HR paperwork issue in English, and French, such as contract of employment, work certificate, communications, etc.
- Support optimization regarding daily HR activities.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives.
- Support on producing reports, statistics, and HR presentations.
- Organize, administer, and coordinate Learning & Development activities.
- Prepare INFPC Co-Funding report.
- Take care of various administrative tasks to support the team.

Profile
- HR or Business Administration degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Organized and voluntary in nature, you have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Integrity - ability to act with high levels of confidentiality, tact, and discretion.

Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
