The Supply Chain department is developing and implementing the supply chain strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory and maximizes supply chain effectiveness. As Jetfly is going through a significant implementing period, we are looking for an intern to join the Supply Chain team and to be based at the headquarter of the Jetfly Group, in the heart of our airline operation.

Responsibilities

  • Support of the on-going implementation of our new inventory software.
  • Process, test & improve the operational work (purchase workflow), report and solve dysfunctions.
  • Set up reports and purchasing analytics to calculate the best purchase profit.
  • Source suppliers and reach volume contracts to optimize our purchase costs on our different sites.
  • Redact ERP guidelines and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of all the users.
  • Define and follow KPI to support the continuous improvement of the processes.
  • Work on the supplier evaluation system (archive, data, forms, reporting).

Description of Ideal Candidate

Profile

  • On-going university/master studies in Engineering, Business administration or Supply chain.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). French or German is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sociable, attentive, dynamic, problem solving, curious.
  • Good knowledge of Excel (Macro, Pivot tables).

Cost/funding for participants

Internship Compensation package

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:

  • Bachelor's degree: €1,000
  • 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
  • Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500

Additional benefits: (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80 € per month).
