As an Indirect Procurement Intern, your mission is to support the Procurement team in achieving cost-effective acquisition and margin performance for on purchases categories (hardware, transport, retail, infrastructure, marketing, workplace…) by playing a key role in procurement projects, from sourcing to contract negotiation, and participating in procurement tools implementation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Procurement operations:

    • Collect and analyze spend and margin data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings and margin performance.

    • Generate reports and visualizations to present findings.

    • Provide insights and recommendations of improvement initiatives based on data analysis.

    • Run improvement initiatives : vendor sourcing, specifications, tendering, negotiation, selection, contract negotiation…

    • Monitor and track the implementation of improvement initiatives, report the related savings.

  • Procurement process and optimization

    • Monitor procure-to-pay tool, including interfacing with users for daily support (e.g., vendor onboarding, purchase approval).

    • Identify opportunities for process optimization

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.

    • Participate in procurement tools implementation (suppliers conformity, purchasing performance reporting…)

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in a relevant field (Master 1 or Master 2).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of procurement principles and practices is a plus.

  • By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will gain valuable experience in procurement operations, from analysis to project implementation, and procure-to-pay process improvement. Your contributions will support the achievement of cost-effective acquisition and margin performance goals.
