TASKS
Your diverse responsibilities will mostly include analyzing and managing global sales performance and market development, as well as developing innovative sales tools and processes:
- Monitoring and evaluation of relevant key figures of the global sales organization including preparation of reports to top management and world regions
- Analyzing data concerning sales-relevant topics such as the customer, the market, the network, or the product, as well as suggesting solutions in the mentioned fields
- Various projects in the context of sales performance and business intelligence (e.g. PowerBI, digitalization, etc.)
- Rollout and user guidance of sales IT tools by creating training materials such as videos or manuals
- Further development of sales management processes and supporting tools

REQUIREMENTS
At the start of the internship, you will be at least in your 3rd semester of a degree program in business administration, logistics management, or a comparable field
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and in the case of a mandatory internship, a writtenproof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or you are completing the internship between your bachelor’s and master’s studies (gap year)
- You have strong analytical thinking and presentation skills
- You enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders and international markets
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment and independence
- You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; prior experience with BI applications (e.g. MicroStrategy or Power BI) is an advantage
- You are fluent in written and spoken English. German is a plus
