TASKS
We offer you the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge you have acquired during your studies during your internship. You will gain experience in the various areas of our HR payroll.
- Participation in the implementation and coordination of global compliance processes
- Support with processes, improvements to our documentation and guidelines
- Participation in company audits
- Insights into compliance audits, for example in the area of international employee assignments and our internal control system
- Support in practical work with laws and regulations, for example (international) income tax law and/or (cross-border) social security law

REQUIREMENTS
To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship required (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Initial experience in project management
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Reliability, accuracy and cooperation skills
- Confident appearance, precise presentation skills, problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel)

The internship is scheduled to start in February 2026 for 6 months. The internship is remunerated.
