Details
As Intern in Digital Channel Product Management, I support my team on all Digital Channel Product Management activities, work with relevant user experience and design agencies to build and grow the Digital Hangar brand.
I will make a significant contribution to the strategic goal to increase the impact of our channels “Web”, “Mobile App”, “Notifications” and “Conversational” for the Digital Hangar.
- I support my team to develop the channels, shape the impact and increase the outcome of our digital touchpoints
- I contribute to the creation of guidelines, guardrails, strategy presentations and reports
- Together with my team I support a consistent user experience within one channel and increase the seamlessness across channels
- I collaborate with product managers and product owners in value streams and product teams.
- I organize events & workshops and prepare presentations to ensure channel awareness across all target audiences

Description of Ideal Candidate
- I am a student of business administration, marketing, economic engineering, design, economics or equivalent
- I will be enrolled during the whole period of the working student contract
- I am interested in user experience design, airline or tourism industry and product management
- I am able to use my strong communication skills to ensure effective, open and trusting communication
- Structured way of working, team skills and strong organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and O365
- Willingness to go the extra mile with a “doer” mentality
- Very good command of English language
