Details

As an Intern Digital Product Experience & User Research, I play a key role in supporting the Digital Hangar’s research efforts by managing the local User Research Lab, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Besides this I support the Product Domain team in a variety of tasks.

  • I will manage our on-site user research lab, allowing our 50+ product teams to get the best insights. This includes managing the research schedule, making sure everything runs smoothly from recruiting participants to wrapping up data collection. 
  • In collaboration with the product teams I invite participants to research sessions, following all the established protocols and ensure a good documentation for all stakeholders
  • Additionally I support with setting up equipment, ensuring software works perfectly, and keeping the environment comfortable and professional. 
  • I support our researchers during sessions and provide logistical help, take detailed notes, and be their right-hand person. 
  • I also support the Product Domain management team in coordination, presentations & analysis taks.

About us

  • I am pragmatic and interested in improving the digital experience for the Lufthansa Group. 
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Research, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Business Administration, Design, Journalism or a related field 
  • Basic understanding of user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) is a plus 
  • I'm an organizational whiz with a keen eye for detail. Nothing gets past me! 
  • I will be enrolled during the whole period of the working student contract  
  • I am able to use my strong communication skills to ensure effective, open and trusting communication  
  • Structured way of working, team skills and strong organizational skills   
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Very good command of German and English language
