As an Intern in Office Management, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients of the Lufthansa Group. I am supporting in setting up and shaping the future of Digital Hangar within the People Team.
- I support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
- I act as a friendly point of contact for colleagues, visitors and service providers
- I monitor office supplies, equipment and workplace needs
- I support room bookings, office access and workplace-related requests
- I coordinate with external providers and building management
- I help identify and resolve office-related issues before they become bigger problems
- I support the organization and maintenance of office spaces
- I help prepare and publish internal communications via Teams and other channels
- I keep office information on SharePoint, signage and workplace communications up to date
- I support the creation of simple presentations, guides and information materials
- I collect feedback from colleagues and turn it into practical improvements

Requirements
- I am a student of business administration, economics or equivalent
- I will be enrolled during the whole period of the Intern contract
- I am interested in design, branding and content creation for various social media channels
- I am able to use my strong communication skills to ensure effective, open and trusting communication
- Structured way of working, team skills and strong organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and O365
- Willingness to go the extra mile with a “doer” mentality
- Willingness to come to the Office in Frankfurt am Main, at least 2 days per week
- Very good command of German and English language
