In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:

  • Support for all kind of expense reimbursement review and payment process.
  • Archive financial to meet accounting and tax requirements. Assist to publicize finance rule and finance process.
  • Register and maintain suppliers’ information in finance system.
  • Assist accounting journal entries and other tasks in connection with month end closing.
  • Provide support to business team and respond to finance related inquires.
  • Other accounting tasks.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

  • Enrolled student in business administration (BWL), accounting, finance or general interest in the financial world
  • First experience in finance especially bookkeeping would be a plus
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Open-minded, flexible, responsible, very accurate
  • Independent and strategic working style, solution-oriented thinking
  • Fluent English and German language skills
