Your Purpose
The Junior Architect supports the Port Development team through fast and accurate production of conceptual and technical drawings.
The role is focused on internal execution: transforming design inputs into conceptual documentation and effective visualizations to support decision-making across private destinations, cruise terminals, port infrastructure and related facilities.
Your Impact
- Support the translation of business and design inputs into zoning studies, basic spatial diagrams, and architectural layouts.
- Assist in the development of preliminary layouts following internal design guidance and operational requirements.
- Prepare early stage conceptual design packages for internal review and coordination.
- Produce presentation decks, diagrams, visual narratives, and material boards to support internal communication.
- Develop mandatory 3D models and real time visualizations to support internal reviews and executive level presentations.
- Rapidly update, correct, and revise architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, layouts, façade studies, and circulation diagrams.
- Adapt and coordinate port and civil drawings, including site layouts, infrastructure interfaces, circulation roads, and hardscape coordination.

- Strong passion for architecture and the world of interiors, materials and spatial composition.
- Curious and design-oriented, with attention to proportion, atmosphere and detail.
- Execution-driven and highly operational.
- Fast in drawing production and revisions.
- Detail-oriented and structured.
- Comfortable working under tight timelines in a dynamic development environment.
Your Essentials
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with strong drafting speed and precision.
- Strong 3D modeling capabilities in SketchUp or Revit (SketchUp preferred).
- Mandatory experience with real-time rendering tools (Enscape, Twinmotion or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of Photoshop for post-production and corrections.
- Basic knowledge of (or interest in) AI tools such as Stable Diffusion or Magnific AI.
- The ability to independently produce clear, standard-quality visualizations for internal decision-making.
- Portfolio including technical drawings and rendered visualizations to be shared with the CV.
The Junior Architect Port Development Intern must be enrolled in a study program requiring a valid internship agreement. Candidates must hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in Switzerland. Full professional proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
