Overview

As an Intern Value Engineer, you'll support post-sales Value Engineering, managing customer portfolios, and owning operational tasks to deliver customer value. You'll shadow workshops, assist customers with Make implementation, and collaborate on internal projects (coordination, content creation). This role accelerates your career in a fast-growing tech company.

Our mission within the Value Engineering team is to educate and convince customers and prospects about the technical and business value Make provides. As technical experts in a customer-facing role, Value Engineers are the Swiss Army knife in Make’s organization with close ties between various departments like sales, marketing, product, support, and more. 

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on our Global Customer portfolio, prioritizing efforts by business value.
  • Prioritize efforts by business value within our Global Customer portfolio.
  • Strategically reach out to customers to increase Make platform adoption through new features and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Value Engineers to ensure customer value delivery.
  • Assist in the creation of collateral for technical and value-driving workshops (documents, diagrams, slides).
  • Assist in preparing internal Make presentations and reports.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the Make platform, building AI and automation workflows for internal initiatives, and learn from market experts.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent. 
  • Proactive, hands-on, and a quick learner with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. 
  • Passionate about technology, automation, and AI, translating enthusiasm into business solutions. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Adaptable to fast-paced environments. 
  • Fluent in English. 
  • Familiarity with Make's platform is a plus. 
  • Nice to have: hands on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, BPM, SDKs, and Databases.

A strong willingness to learn is more important than meeting every single requirement, especially if you lack experience in a particular area mentioned.
