This role is for a Profiles Hunter Intern, a key member of our newly formed Hunting Squad based in Madrid, Spain. As an early joiner, your mission will be critical in shaping our direct sourcing strategy.
The big-picture mission of this position is finding profiles out of Malt’s platform and onboarding them within our system. You will be essential in helping us stay efficient and strategic by sourcing necessary talent that aligns with our clients’ needs.
This position is based in Madrid, being part of the Project Partner team (talent recruiters) serving all Malt countries' needs. Will be for 6 months period.
Key responsibilities
- Understand the specific profile needs to identify and contact the right profiles across all Malt Geographies.
- Pitch Malt and convince suitable profiles to join the platform and apply to opportunities.
- Contribute to structuring and organizing our approach as an early joiner in the creation of the Hunting Team.
- Respect internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) for profile onboarding, such as onboarding profiles in under 72 hours.

About you
- High level education ideally in a relevant field (Business, HR, etc.).
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable starting from almost a blank paper.
- Demonstrate agility and the capability to quickly understand different needs (skills, verticals, countries, etc.).
- Be organized, rigorous, and strongly results-oriented.
- Exhibit a team mindset, focused on serving Project Partners (PPs) and creating a feeling of trust across countries.
- Language skills, professional fluency required in at least two of these languages: English, Spanish, or French.
- Active Student Status, must be currently enrolled in a university program and eligible to sign an internship agreement (convenio ) between your university and our company.
