Job Description
- Plans and executes web campaigns, SEO/SEM, database building, email campaigns*
- Analyzes and draws up reports on campaign performance, evaluates them based on the results obtained (ROI and KPI)*
- Identifies new trends, then optimizes investments and performance based on new actions that can intercept market needs*
- Think proactively about new marketing development strategies*
- Plan, execute and evaluate experimental actions and conversion tests*
- Use analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience across multiple channels and touch points*
- Optimize the use of funnels and conversion points tools*
- Collaborate with agencies and other external suppliers*
- Analyze emerging technologies. Acts as a point of reference for any new implementations where appropriate*
- Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities^*
- Adopt significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the 'Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community^*
