As a Communication Officer (internship/student job), you will assist in planning and executing events, creating and managing content for various communication channels, and supporting customer activities.
What you’ll do
- Support the development and implementation of a communication strategy that aligns with project milestones and organizational objectives.
- Support our digital presence by helping manage N-SIDE Energy LinkedIn, draft post copy, and create visuals using Canva.
- Maintain brand consistency ensuring visuals and messaging align with our brand guidelines, tone, and style across all channels.
- Build engaging presentations, newsletters, and internal reports to raise awareness of our solutions.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders to continuously improve our communication practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and the Marketing and Sales team to identify communication needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Research emerging trends, AI tools, and new content formats to help keep our communications sharp, relevant, and engaging.

About you
- Looking for an internship and/or a student job in the field of Communication.
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Skilled in organizing and managing tasks across multiple workstreams.
- Strong English with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Creativity and Innovation: Willingness to propose new ideas and solutions to enhance event planning and communications efforts.
