As our Sales & Marketing Operations Intern, you will empower our revenue teams with the following responsibilities:

Manage our CRM (Hubspot) and other core commercial tools (Modjo, OnOff, Chargebee...) - you’ll quickly become an expert in our revenue toolstack!

Analyse and challenge current processes to streamline them and develop new ones as we scale further.

Work with the Marketing team to provide valuable leads to sales team to support them in their prospective activities.

Implement processes and tools to enable the sales team to achieve their objectives and operational excellence, particularly by automating tasks where possible.

Take part in some key projects for company growth and revenue achievements.

Provide necessary reporting together with the marketing and sales management team to report performance to the C-level and the rest of the company.

Who are we looking for?

Problem-solving abilities, enthusiastic and excellent communication.

Strategic and “hands on” mindset.

Proactive and desire for learning and getting great results.

Working knowledge of CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce) and Excel is a plus.

Fluent in English and French.

You have to do an internship of minimum 6 months.

You need to have a school internship agreement.

You're available as from September 2025 and later.
