Working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers, you'll contribute to the entire product creation process, turning consumer needs into competitive concepts. You'll gain hands-on experience designing for mass production, using cutting-edge technology, and creating exceptional user experiences. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Learn about the product creation process and collaboration between designers, product managers, and engineers when creating new devices.
- Translate consumer needs and customer requirements into competitive world-class product concepts.
- Design for mass production using state-of-the-art technology.
- Create products and experiences as part of an in-house design team.
- Work closely with R&D teams across Nokia.

Candidates should be from:
Description of Ideal Candidate
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Current studies in a Master’s program in Industrial Design
- Proficient in 3D design software (Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Solid rendering skills (KeyShot, Blender)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with prototyping, workshop and 3D printing
- A self-starting attitude with strong learning agility, strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information and projects responsibly
- A solid understanding of hardware and technology
