Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Associate, Integrated Media to support our digital marketing and paid acquisition efforts for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality. This role will support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that unify messaging across all channels. This role requires a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will be working closely with Sr. Manager, Paid Media & Performance Marketing and Sr Manager, Digital & Social Content to collaborate and partner with key stakeholder teams such as Marketing, Creative, and Analytics to ensure ongoing management of projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the development, execution, and optimization of global performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) to achieve campaign KPIs.

Troubleshoot discrepancies and perform QA on ad operations to ensure flawless execution and accurate analytics tracking.

Assist in publishing content across various digital and social platforms.

Support community management efforts by engaging with audiences across social media channels.

Collaborate with CX, Email, and other marketing teams to deliver optimal customer responses and enhance overall customer experience.

Assist in budget reporting, media flowchart development, status reporting, invoice clearing, and payment approval processes.

Collect and manageT creative specification sheets to ensure timely and accurate delivery to Creative teams prior to production.

Partner closely with marketing and creative teams to confirm that all creative assets and specifications are accurate and ready for execution.

Contribute to other cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to improve marketing effectiveness and introduce innovative strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media

Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, META Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. Experience with global analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.

Excellent Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising best practices

Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar products
