We’re looking for a creative and proactive Design Intern, based in Madrid, to support our team in the development of visual materials for campaigns, proposals, reports, events, and digital platforms. You’ll collaborate on both online and offline projects in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
What you’ll do in a nutshell
- Design and production of graphic materials (flyers, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Support the creation of communication campaigns and visual concepts.
- Assist in digital and print production processes.
- Contribute to event branding and layout setup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international offices.

What you’ll bring
- Ongoing or completed studies in Graphic Design, Arts, Visual Communication, or similar.
- Knowledge of design tools and principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in agile, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Canva, or AutoCAD is a plus.
- Interest or experience in market research and innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup) is a plus.
