Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth of Optimy's internal IT infrastructure.
- Help optimize our Google Workspace environment: Assist in migrating and configuring user accounts and data to Google Workspace for our new office project, with a focus on streamlining workflows and maximizing collaboration.
- Maintain Optimy's operational efficiency: Be part of the team that keeps Optimy's IT running smoothly through troubleshooting and user support.

ABOUT YOU
Background
- You are registered to a university or equivalent type of institution.
Skills
- Google Workspace Proficiency: Confident using Google Workspace for communication and collaboration. Experience leveraging its tools to boost team productivity is a strong advantage.
- Windows Troubleshooting Expert: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows operating systems.
- Networking Fundamentals: Possesses a basic understanding of networking concepts, with a strong interest in developing deeper expertise.
- Security-Minded: Demonstrates a keen interest in network security, cybersecurity best practices, and secure system management.
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Experienced in identifying and resolving common hardware issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Entra ID Familiarity: Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management is a plus.
- VOIP Knowledge: Understanding of Voice over IP (VoIP) phone systems is beneficial.
- PowerShell Skills: Experience writing or using PowerShell scripts is an asset.
