As we sharpen our operational execution in our 20+ stores across the country, it’s vital that we onboard a Performance Specialist to join the Performance team! This team is all about data and analytics…. How do we optimise our in-store staff scheduling for best utilization of people and time? How do we predict hiring needs most accurately based on historical churn data? How do we model the best use of spend?
What You’ll Do:
Working within the Performance Team, you will…
- Review, improve and automate the planning & scheduling process for our field employees
- Support in launching our new planning & scheduling tool
- Support in forecasting hiring needs to ensure a strong supply of riders and store staff
- Support in building tools & dashboard to enable the operations team (e.g. absenteeism and sickness reporting, agency rider analysis, etc.)

What you bring:
You have...
- to be enrolled in a Dutch university studying for an Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills both verbal and written. Bonus points if you’re a Dutch speaker!
- The right to work full-time for 6 months in the Netherlands
Who you are:
- Calm, patient, and detail oriented.
- Highly analytical and Natural ability and desire to work with data
- Experience in building models/ tools in G-suite (Knowledge of Tablo & Python is a +)
- Self-starter with a love of finding solutions and dealing with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
