Our Public Affairs and Communications consultancy is looking for an intern to support our Communications Team in the creation and implementation of public affairs communications campaigns. The intern will assist in the development of various communications projects contributing to our clients’ strategic goals as well as support our consultancy’s internal communication.

The role will include working on several accounts and will give the intern the chance to develop various skills whilst learning about diverse sectors.
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Drafting content such as: newsletters, press releases, annual reports, social media content, pitches for media, and articles for websites
- Assisting on visual design of content for social media and newsletters
- Supporting the organisation of events (press events, conferences, meetings, etc).
- Supporting on website updates and social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
- Administrative support and database management (e.g. association members and media lists)

What are we looking for?
Essential
- You have an excellent level of English (a good knowledge of French/ Dutch is an asset)
- You hold a university level degree or have relevant experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media studies or another related field
- You have strong writing skills and a passion for visual and audiovisual communication
- You have experience in managing professional social media accounts
- You’re able to show creativity, flexibility, autonomy, and proactivity
- You’re a team player with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
An added plus
- You have experience in an international or non-profit organisation or in a creative agency
- You have a sound knowledge of the EU and policy-making processes
- You have experience in audio/visual editing
- You have experience in monitoring the news and building out media lists
- You have experience in using Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress

Last but not least, we offer:
- Allowance of 977,10€ per month for an internship period of 5 to 6 months
- 145€ monthly indemnity for working from home
- Full reimbursement of public transport
