Your responsibilities
RETAIL VISIBILITY (PRESTIGE & NICHE)
- Assist the In-store Manager in the elaboration of the retail KPI’s dashboard.
- Participate in the elaboration of the incentive coop support (briefing, draaiboek).
- Responsible for the out-of-stock follow-up with reporting to the Key account Managers.
- Assist In-store executive/designer in the 360° retail support for the S1 launches 2026.
- Assist In-store executive/designer in the temporary animation for Prestige & Niche.
- Competitors Best Practices in store follow up.
PEOPLE – IN-STORE (PRESTIGE)
- Participate to set-up targets per animation S1 2026 & do the follow-up after the slots.
- Update of the training books for the BR’s that will support our brands during S1 2026.

We would be delighted to meet you if you have...
- Experience: A first experience in Retail or in Marketing is a plus
- Education: Business School or master’s degree in marketing
- Languages: French and English required, Dutch is a plus
- Skills: You are sensitive to the world of luxury, perfumes and makeup. You are creative. You have analytical skills and good interpersonal skills. You also have an excellent sense of organization, autonomy and initiative.
