Job Description
As a member of the Operations team, you will:
- Manage Revaia’s financial processes in various aspects such as accounting, controlling and cash flow planning.
- Help prepare quarterly reports.
- Improve Revaia’s internal processes to further automate our daily operations.
- Work with the ESG team delivering operational support to the C-levels of our portfolio companies and actionable contents such as the ESG Benchmark.
- Help the Investment team maintain a consistent KPI portfolio reporting.
- Assist our Fundraising team in delivering contents for our investors.
- Communicate with banks and external service providers (auditors, lawyers, etc.) regarding our operations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a financial environment (audit, consulting, corporate finance or startup)
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Google Suite (+1 if you're keen on productivity tools / softwares and coding)
- Tech enthusiast with strong communication & analytical skills
- Autonomous and extra mile mindset
- Fluent in French & English
