About the role
At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. You’ll roll up your sleeves, work across different areas of the business, and help deliver solutions that support millions of customers worldwide.
We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager Intern to help launch and scale a new bank in one of our core European markets. During this 6-month internship, you’ll work directly with our local CEO and COO on high-impact strategic projects that'll shape our future Western Europe HQ.

What you’ll be doing
- Optimising product and onboarding flows to improve customer experience
- Researching and proposing new features
- Supporting vendor management and performance tracking
- Assisting with strategic partnerships and deal-making
- Contributing to feature development and operational improvements
- Sharing progress with global teams and learning from senior leaders
- Managing tasks, tracking progress, and presenting outcomes
- Receiving regular feedback to support your development

What you'll need
- To be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM subject at a leading French university
- To be in your final or gap year of studies, and available for a 6-month internship
- A great problem-solving mindset
- A proactive, curious, and results-driven approach
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or PowerBI
- Fluency in French
