Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our dynamic team at SC Johnson Spain. This newly created role will support the Sales Associate Manager in managing distributor relationships, developing new business opportunities, and executing key commercial strategies across traditional retail, alternative channels, and emerging business models.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with exposure to customer management, financial tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Sales Support: Assist in the day-to-day management of distributor accounts and new business initiatives, ensuring timely execution of commercial plans.
- Customer Interaction: Support customer-facing activities including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Data & Reporting: Update and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Financial Monitoring: Track budgets, promotional investments, and customer profitability to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Project Management: Follow up on new business proposals, innovation launches, and pilot initiatives across various channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on priorities and deliverables.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support strategic planning.
