Purpose
As the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic projects and strengthening communication within our global community of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) ambassadors. Working closely with the IDE Specialist and reporting to the Culture & Change Manager, you will help ensure that initiatives are executed effectively and that our global ambassador network remains engaged and aligned with SBM’s IDE objectives.
Responsibilities
- Project Delivery Support: Assist the IDE Specialist in managing and delivering specific projects that advance our IDE strategy globally. Ensure timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met.
- Global Ambassador Network Coordination: Support day-to-day communication and collaboration with a diverse network of ambassadors across multiple offices worldwide. Help maintain strong relationships and foster engagement.
- Local Initiative Enablement: Partner with ambassadors to plan, communicate, and execute local initiatives that align with global objectives.
- Data & Insights: Contribute to the analysis and reporting of key IDE metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Resource Management: Help maintain IDE resources, documentation, and internal knowledge bases to ensure accessibility and consistency
