RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for the transformation of the underwriting plan from the business into a financial input (CSM):
- Integrate underwriting plan coming from business and allocate charges
- Calculate the discount for the underwriting & operating plan
- Determine the profitability status of new contracts
- Work with the expense team to determine the P&C part of management expenses
- Create the underwriting input feeding operating plan calculations
- Contribute to the production of the Operating Plan, strategic plan and quarterly reforecast (technical financial planning) of the P&C Business Unit (BU) under Baseline, Solvency II and IFRS17, on a worldwide perimeter with a strong focus on IFRS17 financials and KPIs.
- Contribute to the planning performance analysis
- Contribute to the development of new tools to build a more automatic, precise and robust process
Support transversal projects across the team:
- Participation in the adaptation of the enhanced KPI framework to P&C planning (performance program)
- Participate in various projects within the team especially linked to the evolution of the planning tooling
