YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You’ll be joining a passionate and dynamic HR team at the heart of the company’s growth strategy.Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers, you’ll be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide variety of roles, both in France and internationally.
Based in our Paris offices, this 6-month end-of-studies internship offers the opportunity to take ownership of strategic recruitments early on, depending on your involvement and ability to ramp up.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of the recruitment plan (processes, tools like Lever ATS, KPI dashboards)
- Write and publish job offers on various job boards, ensuring visibility and relevance
- Screen resumes and conduct pre-qualification interviews (screening calls)
- Draft interview reports and manage candidate feedback
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Coordinate with hiring managers to prepare job briefs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Be a proactive contributor, suggesting improvements to recruitment practices

- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Bac+4/5) – final-year internship
- A first experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
- Fluent in French, professional proficiency in English appreciated
