What you get to do in this role:
- Will be working as part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs & Excellence team to support and contribute to strategy and operations of our GTM teams.
- You will be working to support the Commercial Sales business for EMEA. You will be surrounded by dedicated teams that are in the earlier stages of their sales careers, selling in a dynamic, volume-led, high growth, high paced environment.
- The GTM Programs & Excellence team is a critical forward looking, planning & execution focused team. You will find unrivaled experience and learning as to how the machinery of business works and how transformation happens.
- Work in the ServiceNow (matrix) organization together with cross-function teals across sales, operations, marketing, program teams, channel resources & others to understand how these teams work and contribute to the success of the business.
- Will be trained on and contribute to specific projects relating to operations and execution in a fast-paced field-selling organization

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in, and interest in working with data and translating to actionable insight
- Keen to develop a broad skillset, to tackle complex, often unfamiliar problems
- Willing to be proactive in seeking answers or attain new knowledge
- Be a team player and able to communicate current status
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and undertaking a placement year as part of their course
- Available to start in June or September 2026.
