Your Role: HRBP Intern

As an HRBP intern, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn the ropes of HR strategy, and make a real impact. Here’s a sneak peek into your responsibilities:

Job Requisition Process:

  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team and Finance department.
  • Supervise the job requisition process, ensuring seamless coordination.

Trial Period Process:

  • Partner with managers to oversee trial periods for new hires.
  • Provide valuable insights to enhance the onboarding experience.

Performance Reviews:

  • Team up with our SVP People to streamline performance reviews.
  • Dive into our talent management tool (Elevo) to prepare mid-year reviews.
  • Analyze data and create insightful reports for executive management.

People Metrics:

  • Collaborate with our SVP People to develop Quarterly KPIs.
  • These metrics drive our strategic decisions and organizational growth.

Learning & Development:

  • Shape our training plan implementation:
  • Organize engaging training sessions.
  • Manage financing requests with our OPCO.
  • Contribute to e-learning content in our Learning Management System (LMS).

Engagement Initiatives:

  • Join forces with our Culture Director:
  • Prepare our bi-annual Satisfaction & Engagement Survey.
  • Uncover valuable insights to enhance employee experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Student Status: You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR enthusiasts: If you are an HR enthusiast who needs a mandatory internship you are in the right place!
  • Bilingual Proficiency in English and either German, French or Dutch: You effortlessly navigate conversations in both languages. Proficiency in additional European languages is a bonus, showcasing your global outlook
  • Software Proficiency & HRIS Experience: You possess strong skills in MS Office and/or Google Workspace. Additionally, previous experience with Lucca HRIS is advantageous.
