YOUR ROLE
-
Creating, modifying, and maintaining marketing collateral up to date including brochures, flyers, presentations and CVs;

Supporting the collection and compilation of data for legal directories and new business proposals;

Maintaining client databases and distribution lists;

Assisting with the coordination of social, corporate, client events;

Increasing brand awareness and visibility through social media and media coverage; posts creation and publication

Providing general office support to include, but not limited to: file management, setting up for client meetings, coordinating conference calls, participating in company meetings, etc.;

Supporting the office in meeting high standards of social and environmental performance.

YOUR PROFILE

Education - Student or Graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing- Business-Communication looking for a 6-month internship covered by a university agreement ;

Fluent in English (Level C2) - French is considered as an asset.

Team player - you'll partner directly with the Luxembourg M&BD Manager to better serve the lawyers both locally and within the network;
-
Strong writer - you're at ease when it comes to creating copy for social media posts, emails, articles and other marketing collateral;

Resourceful individual - you're positive, curious and able to come to the table with multiple solutions, fresh and innovative ideas;

Design-minded communicator - visuals are as important as the text.
