Tasks and responsibilities:
During your internship, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- You will conduct industry and company analysis as well as company valuations
- You will support in the preparation of client presentation materials
- You will assist in the preparation, origination and execution of M&A, ECM and other corporate finance transactions
- In terms of knowledge and experience, you will obtain expertise in:
- Insights in the M&A and Corporate Finance business of a leading European Bank
- Improve your financial and valuation skills as well as your research skills

Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a university in the area of Business Administration or Finance with excellent academic credentials
- Prior internships in M&A or Equity Capital Markets in a Bank/Investment Bank/Boutique are desirable
- Previous experience in the Real Estate sector is desirable
Language skills:
- German C1
- English C1
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Numeracy & analytical skills are very important
- Good knowledge in valuation is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Quality, results-oriented and showing high attention to detail
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
